By Bhawna D. - July 30, 2019

If we hover through our favorite social media platform - INSTAGRAM; radiant, glowy, dewy and well highlighted skin is picking up pace with almost all of the influencers. As a result, we keep chanting “highlight-on-the-fleek” quote while doing our makeup on a daily basis.

Although highlight manages to bring out certain parts of our face and body under limelight, the most desirable trait among men and women alike is having a healthy skin. This is why; I’m here to review one of the innovative products that have been recently launched in India. The best part about this product is it can multitask for you based on your requirements. I’d explain that part in a little while but right now it’s time for me to introduce - Tvakh Bamboo Sap Illuminating Cream to you guys.

Product Description:
Made with only the finest of all natural extracts, Tvakh Illuminating moisturizer lends a soft glow to your face with a cocktail of powerful plant derived hydrating agents and a unique 3D Matrix technology that helps to attract and retain the much needed moisturizer. This is the secret to a plump and glowing visage.

👉Gold Dust imparts a subtle light reflective veil to achieve beautiful candlelit finish.
👉Bamboo Sap, an overachiever of plant life, mimics natural moisturizing factors found in our skin and is a rich source of silica that aids the production of collagen which gives a firm look and youthful bounce.

Product Packaging:
Tvakh Bamboo Sap Illuminating Cream comes in luxurious looking packaging. It has a glass bottle which makes it easier for the user to know how much of the content is still left inside. To cater convenience, the brand offers a pump dispenser which assists in keeping a complete control and pumping out only the required amount of the product. Moreover, the sheen of gold dust makes the product appear very attractive on the vanity table.
Before I received my July 2019 Fab Bag, I was concerned that the glass packaging might be vulnerable to breakage. However, after visiting Tvakh’s website, I realized that this particular product also comes in plastic packaging but that particular bottle is relatively a premium sample.

Multiple Ways in Which It Can Be Used:
❤When on a rush, you can simple use it as a moisturizer on a cleansed skin.
❤On days when you wanna put together with a glowy skin, add a little amount of this cream with your favorite BB/CC cream and your good to go!
❤For special occasion, mix it with your medium to high coverage foundation for standing out amongst the crowd. You can also pat it on the high point of your face for that beautiful highlight!

My Experience:
To be honest, my first impression on seeing this product was ‘Probably I’d develop a few more pimples after using this as it has glitter particles inside, which may lead to clogged pores’. After thinking a lot, I decided to give this product a try instead of making assumptions based on its appearance. First things first, the Tvakh Bamboo Sap Illuminating Cream has a mild fragrance which is very soothing and refreshing. Moreover, I took only a small amount of the product and it glided onto my skin very well! It didn’t feel heavy on the skin and took almost no time to get absorbed. This is one of the reasons why I, being acne prone skinned person, give it thumbs up. Now coming to the most awaited part, there’s no coverage whatsoever in this cream but the golden dust inside is so finely milled that it makes your face look very radiant and healthy. Also, the gold dust stays for 5-6 hours depending on how much you’ve wiped off your face due to the humid weather. And again, you can always go ahead and layer it up to blind the people around with that healthy highlight. I’m definitely going to use it often, especially for days when I wanna shoot for blog post or Instagram pictures!
