Things To Do On Days When You Are Feeling Low - Inspirational Series #1

Hope you all are doing well.

Few days ago, I felt that my life was becoming stagnant and lacked a little more enthusiasm because I was going extremely low on inspiration. Being a creative person, it is very important for me to keep the fire of passion burning inside, otherwise, I end up feeling low on energy and everything appears mechanical. Thus, I resorted to penning down my feelings and exploring ways through which I generally eradicate this strong negative emotion. Now, that I have finally mustered back some inspiration, I'm here scribbling down things which would help you out as well if you are undergoing the same hurdle.

Take out some time to exercise or meditate
Exercise/meditation helps you in slowing down the chaos of the mind, thereby silencing the self-generated negative thoughts.

Watch Netflix or YouTube channels that intrigue you
Deviating from the usual life is what we are aiming for through this process 😉 
('cause fantasy harms no one!)

Contemplate with a wider perspective
When we sit down to think how we’ve crossed so many hurdles in life, current scenario or problem only appears minor and it gives us enough calmness to understand if we really need to invest our energies into fighting a useless matter.

Cook or eat meals that you really crave for!
Because... why not? Comfort food, my friend!

Hangout with old friends or probably talk to them
Rekindle those lost memories by getting in touch with people you’ve not met for a long time.

Go out and walk on the less travelled roads alone
Exploring is always fun. Walking alone not only gives you the opportunity to explore the physical world but it also helps you in knowing yourself and your instincts better. In short, let’s fall in love with our own company first and foremost

Alone time with furry friends
We are surrounded by people who wanna share what’s going on in their lives and what’s troubling them a lot. However, furry friends will always sense if you are undergoing sadness or joy. Words are not always our friends, some bonds need no tags or words and ironically, they are most beautiful!

Listen to soulful music
I love listening to Alan Walker and Sickick. Tune into your favourite playlist and let the music pierce your soul.

I’ve not been in touch with a lot of books lately, however, I recently started reading 'The Subtle Art of Not Giving a Fuck' which was recommended to me by one of my school friends. If you have any particular book with a life-changing theme then comment down below. I would love to give it a go!

Invest time in doing some home decor DIYs
Love being artistic? Gather some of the decor materials and transform your entire room in a magical realm! 🎇

Bring home a new green friend
If you’ve been following me on Instagram, you guys know that I have a special highlight saved for my green friend whose name I’ve decided to not declare in public 😂

Slowdown the world around with a cup of hot beverage
Sipping onto hot beverage slows down the mind. So coffee or tea, as per your liking, you need to pour some in the cup right NOW.

Lastly, anything and everything which brims you up with inspiration
Give your mind some wings by fuelling it with a lot of inspiration.

We all love our tresses! In order to sustain a healthy crown of hair, we keep on hunting for homemade DIY recipes or a shampoo that resolves the prolonged hair fall problem.
