Plum Green Tea Clear Face Mask: Review, Price & Where to Buy!

Hello people,
It's been skincare lately! And today I shall be reviewing one of the face pack that I ordered recently; thought there's one more that I purchased. But for now, let's just hop onto the review!

Description: Acne-prone skin needs multi-dimensional care- to cleanse, care, control acne, prevent reoccurrence, and to do all of this gently – phew! No mean mask, this.

Get instantly brighter, healthier looking skin. A soft, creamy formula that applies nicely and is also easy to wash off, without drying your skin. Gentle exfoliation of glycolic acid removed dead cells and impurities, while antioxidant benefit of organic green tea extracts helps control acne (pimple) over the long run. A must have product for oily and combination skin types.

Ingredients: Aqua (Water), Kaolin, Bentonite, Cetearyl Alcohol, Glyceryl Stearate, Camellia Sinensis (Green Tea) Leaf Extract, Phenoxyethanol, Ethylhexyglycerine, Glycolic Acid, Fragrance, FDA Approved Colours

Reasons to Love:
   ·   Natural clays to absorb oil
   ·   Glycolic acid for gentle exfoliation of dead cells- get instant brightness
   ·   Green tea extracts to help control acne
   ·   Gentle, non drying, creamy formula works well for oily and combination skin types.
Goodness Inside:

Kaolin & bentonite
Naturally occurring clays, known to be effective for absorbing excess oil, exfoliating, cleansing and refreshing the skin. Some things are best left natural.

Green tea extracts
Concentrated source of polyphenols and other antioxidants, to stop the acne formation cycle in its tracks. Oxidation of skin- produced sebum is a key step in acne formation- something we are looking to stop here.
Glycolic acid
Sweeps away skin debris and prepares the skin for self- renewal. Our goodness chemists know exactly what’s required to do the job without overdoing it.
How to Use:
Gently apply a thin layer over all areas of the face, taking care not to let the product enter your eyes. Wait for about 30 minutes or until the mask dries completely, and wash off with plain water. Do not scrub face with towel, gently pat dry and use a gentle moisturizer to seal in the goodness ingredients. Use once a week.
Please note: You are likely to experience a slight tingling sensation on your skin for the first few minutes after application- this is entirely normal for bentonite clay masks as they get to work removing the grime and dead cells from your skin.

My Experience:
My skin type is combination plus acne prone. It remains unnecessarily oily during summers and acquires few dry patches in winters. I had heard a lot of good things about this face mask and I thought what’s lost if I intend to invest upon some beneficial skin care products! This green tea mask is really creamy and easy to spread. It makes the skin feel soft but not oily; leaving behind adequate amount of hydration and eliminating any stretchy feeling post usage. Initially, it does cause a slight tingling sensation but that’s bearable. Also, the fragrance is kinda refreshing. It does not cause emergence of any new acne/ pimple and to those pimples which are red, their redness surely is curbed.

The skin feels radiant and oil free. This face pack needs to be kept for 30 minutes after which it can be easily washed off. For combination or oily skin, this is definitely a nice face pack but on the dry skin it might not fare too well and they might wanna grab onto a moisturizer for restoring hydration content of the skin. Also, though I really liked this face pack, I somehow feel for the price spent the amount of product that you get, is little less.

Rating: 4.7 out of 5

Until Next Time,
Take Care <3

Hi Guys, Welcome back to the Glistening Lane ✨
We all love our tresses! In order to sustain a healthy crown of hair, we keep on hunting for homemade DIY recipes or a shampoo that resolves the prolonged hair fall problem. Is it merely me who has been seeing a lot of hair fall since a year or two? Recently, I tried the Mamaearth’s shampoo and conditioner duo which I believe was the part of their Anti-Hair Fall kit which is priced at INR 999. The kit intrigued me a lot and I’m glad I got to try out two products from that kit so that I don’t end up spending a thousand bucks.
