Maybelline Clear Glow BB Cream: Review, Price, Swatch & Buy Online

It’s been 2 days since I’ve been breaking out my monotonous life by jogging. The satisfaction and happiness that you feel post jogging or any kind of workout is so amazing. But what bothers me is the time when my tired legs begin their complaint as to why my house isn’t on the ground floor! *LOL*

Foundations aren’t really my thing to be applied on daily basis and it also can be marked off as one of the similar thoughts that Swathi (from Curious & Confused Me) and I share *WINK*

BB & CC creams are so in rage and nobody needs an intro for it. So I shall go straight onto the review.

Packaging and Shades available:
The Maybelline Clear Glow BB Cream comes in soft light blue tube with a rose gold shiny screw cap. The shade that I have is 01 N*de. This BB cream comes in 3 shades- Natural, Radiance and N*de. It has usually been that shade one is always the lightest and that’s what I had in mind while buying this; plus I did not swatch it on the counter. When I was reading about it online, I came to know that the shade N*de is actually the darkest and I picked up the wrong shade. But I wasn’t aware of this until today. Till then, I had applied it thrice and never felt that it made me look dark or anything. And even when this is the darkest shade, it actually would suit perfectly for the medium skin tone. They definitely need to launch more shades, keeping in mind the Indian skin tone.

Claims:
   ·    Brightens
   ·   Evens tone
   ·    Protects
   ·    Hydrates
   ·     Freshens
   ·     Smoothes
   ·     Clarifies
   ·     Conceals

My Experience:
I’ve got few pimples on my chin and one juicy one on cheek; weirdly enough, they all are onto the left side of my face. The formulation isn’t too runny or thick and blends in easily. It immediately brightens up the face and making it fair as well. What I noticed was that it offers low coverage but manages to even out the skin tone. If you’ve got acne, you might need to grab something with more coverage. Smooth skinned flawless ladies can without worries include it into their vanity. It does all the things that it claims except the concealing part and clarifying point. It also has SPF 21/ PA+++. The college going girls would love it as we like to invest more time on sleeping than on looking pretty; so we fall for multipurpose products! :D

Sugar Ace of Face Foundation Stick in 25 Macchiato - Swatches & Review

Shedding away all my laziness 😂😂
Here I am today, scribbling a blog post on one of my recent makeup purchases from the brand Sugar Cosmetics. In case you guys don’t know, I was awestruck by makeup hoarding addiction again and ended up buying more than what I initially intended. Although I had my eyes glued on their Smudge Me Not Lipstick in the shade Wine & Shine (Sangria), I also managed to pick up their much-hyped Ace of Face Foundation Stick! This particularly base product was first launched with 6 shades but now they have introduced 22 shades that will go absolutely well with almost all Indian skin tone. And no, that isn’t just a false claim like another well known Indian brand which we’ve seen since our childhood.
Let’s dive into the review without any digressions!

MamaEarth: Shampoo + Conditioner Review | Happy Heads & No More Tangles

Hi Guys, Welcome back to the Glistening Lane ✨
We all love our tresses! In order to sustain a healthy crown of hair, we keep on hunting for homemade DIY recipes or a shampoo that resolves the prolonged hair fall problem. Is it merely me who has been seeing a lot of hair fall since a year or two? I’ve altered my shampoo to figure out what is the actual cause for the same and it appears as if the inherent genes and my eating pattern is what causes a lot of shedding of hair. Recently, I tried the Mamaearth’s shampoo and conditioner duo which I believe was the part of their Anti-Hair Fall kit which is priced at INR 999. The kit intrigued me a lot and I’m glad I got to try out two products from that kit so that I don’t end up spending a thousand bucks. If you’re wondering how these products fared for me, stay tuned and keep on reading!
