Street Wear Color Rich Nail Enamel: 32 Lady Blue Eyes

Hello everyone,

So few days back, my friend and I went to stock in a kajal liner. With our roving eyes, we always look out for anything that appeals to our eyes and it goes straight at the billing counter. In such an excursion, we began selecting the nail paints from Street Wear. She picked the shade for me while I finalized for her.

Street Wear is a range of cosmetics by Revlon, which have targeted audience of college goers or people who are beginners into the world of makeup. They offer budget friendly foundation, compacts, lipsticks, etc. The nail paints were on discounts for unknown reasons as well. They come with animated images that seem to have been inspired from the Archies comic characters. The shade I picked up is 32: Lady Blue Eyes. All shades have been bestowed with creative names. For the net weight of 5 ml, it comes at the price of INR 60. Elle 18 and Street Wear are almost like great competitors in terms of price and products.

The brush applicator that came along with my nail paint had a brush strand going into the wrong direction which kind of was disappointing. Not all of the nail paints have inherent making defaults, but with Elle 18 and Street Wear nail paints, you should better open the nail paint to check its applicator before tempting towards the nail paint shade. The nail paint too does not take a lot of time to dry; in fact it dries up within 2 to 5 minutes maximum. I have had weird experiences with bed sheet texture getting engraved onto my nail paint because they took forever in drying and I have zero patience with nail paints. I am actually not a perfect painter of nails and have been awarded by the same title in graduation by a male co mate from my class because he noticed how messy my fingernails were on getting painted. But fortunately, my friend who accompanied me for buying nail paints is a bigger mess than me when it comes to nail polish application. This is why, once we ended up with her leg on my knees so that I can paint her toe nails, while the college lecture continued. *LOL*

I applied two coats of the nail polish and it lasted me 4 days but eventually got chipped from the edges. The shade Lady Blue Eyes is greenish blue which looks slightly more towards blue in real, but on camera it appears greener.

P.s. Its a mint plant in the background which my mother has grown. She has filled our terrace with her planting skills and we have tomatoes, mint, eggplant, aloe vera, etc.

Hi Guys, Welcome back to the Glistening Lane ✨
We all love our tresses! In order to sustain a healthy crown of hair, we keep on hunting for homemade DIY recipes or a shampoo that resolves the prolonged hair fall problem. Is it merely me who has been seeing a lot of hair fall since a year or two? I’ve altered my shampoo to figure out what is the actual cause for the same and it appears as if the inherent genes and my eating pattern is what causes a lot of shedding of hair. Recently, I tried the Mamaearth’s shampoo and conditioner duo which I believe was the part of their Anti-Hair Fall kit which is priced at INR 999. The kit intrigued me a lot and I’m glad I got to try out two products from that kit so that I don’t end up spending a thousand bucks. If you’re wondering how these products fared for me, stay tuned and keep on reading!
