Makeup Revolution London: The Matte Effect Cover & Conceal: Concealer Stick

Hello people,

The weekend flew away without major happenings. I went Daryaganj with my friend to get his guitar strings fixed and on the way back, we almost bumped into a vehicle. Currently, my left leg has so many internal injury marks; ranging from green to black. My memory is filled with so many 2 wheeler incidents that you’d be quite amazed.  *LOL*

Lately, I had been eyeing at Makeup Revolution London the Matte Effect Cover & Conceal Concealer Stick in the darkest shade on Flipkart. Although it is priced at INR 550, on flipkart it was available at somewhere around INR 250. I really wanted a bronzing stick and in India, cream bronzers aren’t easily available at an affordable price. But I wasn’t sure about the texture of this concealer stick. I did not want to invest in a concealer that does not blend and that too in a shade that’s darker than my skin tone. Fortunately, I received this same concealer stick in my May Fab Bag but in the shade MC 01 Fairest. I’ve reviewed the same here- http://lyfabubble.blogspot.in/2016/05/what-i-got-in-fab-bag-may-edition.html

The packaging of this concealer stick is quite compact and travel friendly. It comes in shiny black twist up packaging with golden detailing written on it and honestly because of this golden hologram details, taking pictures for post was quite a task. It appears exactly like a lipstick bullet. The concealer glides on softly onto the skin; this initially made me doubt its matte factor because a matte product usually is drying. And my doubts were put aside immediately when I applied it on my face. The product blends out very well without looking cakey. Coverage provided is medium and thankfully it doesn’t make your extra oily skin gush out abundance of oil. It does not crease and can stay onto the skin for quite a long time.

Overall, I really like this concealer and I might add to cart the one in darkest shade as well.

Rating- 4.5 out of 5

Until Next Time,
Take Care <3

MamaEarth: Shampoo + Conditioner Review | Happy Heads & No More Tangles

Hi Guys, Welcome back to the Glistening Lane ✨
We all love our tresses! In order to sustain a healthy crown of hair, we keep on hunting for homemade DIY recipes or a shampoo that resolves the prolonged hair fall problem. Is it merely me who has been seeing a lot of hair fall since a year or two? I’ve altered my shampoo to figure out what is the actual cause for the same and it appears as if the inherent genes and my eating pattern is what causes a lot of shedding of hair. Recently, I tried the Mamaearth’s shampoo and conditioner duo which I believe was the part of their Anti-Hair Fall kit which is priced at INR 999. The kit intrigued me a lot and I’m glad I got to try out two products from that kit so that I don’t end up spending a thousand bucks. If you’re wondering how these products fared for me, stay tuned and keep on reading!

Sugar Ace of Face Foundation Stick in 25 Macchiato - Swatches & Review

Shedding away all my laziness 😂😂
Here I am today, scribbling a blog post on one of my recent makeup purchases from the brand Sugar Cosmetics. In case you guys don’t know, I was awestruck by makeup hoarding addiction again and ended up buying more than what I initially intended. Although I had my eyes glued on their Smudge Me Not Lipstick in the shade Wine & Shine (Sangria), I also managed to pick up their much-hyped Ace of Face Foundation Stick! This particularly base product was first launched with 6 shades but now they have introduced 22 shades that will go absolutely well with almost all Indian skin tone. And no, that isn’t just a false claim like another well known Indian brand which we’ve seen since our childhood.
Let’s dive into the review without any digressions!
