PHILIPS SALON DRY COMPACT HAIR DRYER REVIEW

Hey my lovely readers!
How are you doing?
Finally, the “Delhi ki sardi” (Delhi’s winter) is about to perish. The weather is still playing the random lucky draw game. Some days it gets hot and I feel the need to remove my winter layers, other days I need them back to stop the chill from reaching me.

Enough babbling on weather; recently I ordered a hair dryer from Amazon as drying hair in winter’s isn’t an easy task. I was quite certain that I wanna pick up one from Philips. If you are interested in buying the same, here’s the link-

I purchased this at Rs 506 while the printed M.R.P. on the box is Rs 845. It reached well within 2-3 days. It comes with a one small User manual, warranty card and the hair dryer itself. Although I was skeptical about buying an appliance online, but hopefully everything turned out fine.

The hair dryer is compact and looks pretty cute. I read a review on Amazon that the wire that was sent to this anonymous person was of the company “Rallison”. Unfortunately, I received the same. This part certainly made me dicey on the purchase itself. Anyhow, the product has 2 years warranty and it has served its purpose well. This is my first hair dryer and I quite liked the result. You can switch the air level at two modes, one is slightly lower for hair styling, the higher one is meant for air drying. Till now, I’ve tried to restrict myself to lightest mode itself in the belief that perhaps it might cause less damage.

My Cutesy Stash - Miniso Haul Unleash!

Hi Guys, Welcome back to the Glistening Lane ✨
Side Story - I intentionally changed the font of this blog post; reason as such is nothing but I decided to break-free from the monotonous font type. But unfortunately, the font decided to bug me later on so I ended up with the same comforting font.
In today's blog post, I will be sharing with you all my recent haul from the store of Miniso. For people who haven't encountered a Miniso outlet as of yet, Miniso is a well known Japanese brand which brings to you a lot of quirky and cute stuff which is reasonably priced and none of your money will go wasted, trust me! They have an amazing collection of utility products from the genre of beauty, kitchenware, stationery, electronics, accessories, etc. Moreover, the prices of these products start from INR 150 and the maximum, I believe, is around INR 1000, that too for PU bags.

Recently, I happen to discover another Miniso Delhi store which was mere 2 metro stations away from where I live.…

Jeju Volcanic Lava Self-Heating Clay Mask - Review

Hi Guys, Welcome back to the Glistening Lane ✨

Apparently, there are lots on skincare brands which are available internationally and I’m yet to try them out. Some of these brands, enclosed within my wish list include The Body Shop, The Faces Shop, Clinique, etc. Thankfully, Nykaa was running an offer on The Faces Shop skincare range wherein you could grab a full-sized freebie product. While I was surfing the catalogue, I encountered the “self-heating” mask which kept me intrigued enough to add it to my cart. I kid you not, there have been times when I’ve legit done window shopping online as well! 😃😄 I see trillion of things and later I’m like – “Do I really need this?”
And the mind always answers – “Of course not, girl!” 😂
A lot of the times, I force myself to hear the sensible talk of my mind. But sometimes, the heart takes over and it springs in joy to say “Woah! That’s too pristine to be denied”. This is exactly how I ended up purchasing Jeju Volcanic Lava Self-Heating Clay Mask

Bloggers Event: #PoutItRight with Jaquline USA's Lip Pops Matte Lip Tints

Hi Guys Welcome back to the Glistening Lane ✨
Last month, I was invited by the team of New U (Dabur subsidiary) on their launch of Lip Pop Matte Tints. I’ve been to their events before and previous one, I presume, was the release of their BB Stroke Nail Enamel. Now they have also incorporated some vibrant matte shades by the name ‘Back2School’. I must warn you to go visit their stores ASAP as this range has a gorgeous mint shade which I’ve never seen amongst affordable Indian brands!

The event took place in Smoke House Deli at DLF Place Mall Saket (Delhi) in the afternoon. The place had an amazing decor with quirky walls and an interplay of white and grey theme running everywhere. With around 50 bloggers, we got to try out different shades of Lip Pops and nail lacquers that were recently launched in the New U store. I was so excited that I got rid of my texture nail paint then & there and tried the shades that were placed at the counter.
