Elle 18 Color Pops Liptick

When you enter the world of lipsticks, the most basic colors you look out for are pink and red. These two colors are good enough for completing the vanity of a beginner. Now, as a beginner you do not go straight ahead to buy high end lipsticks. Initially, you look out for budget friendly options to see what color suits you. Elle 18 is one of the pocket friendly brands which target basically the beginners. This is an Indian cosmetic brand. The Elle 18 color pop lipsticks are completely affordable.  They retail for Rs 120. Net weight of this lipstick is 4.3 ml.

Elle 18 Color pop lipstick comes in a jet black plastic case. It has hints of pink onto it and an animated Gothic girl is drawn on the same. One thing that I noted was that the cap of these lipsticks would easily open as soon as they fall. Unfortunately, such an accident would make the content vulnerable to shatter. Though, the plastic is not very high grade, yet it isn’t too flimsy or breakable. After several months the detailing over the lipstick would surely start fading, as you can clearly see in the pictures.

The lipstick has core of cocoa butter in between and color pigment as outer layering. These lipsticks are highly moisturizing and you don’t necessarily need a lip balm underneath. There’s no tugging felt while application on lips. The pigment is quite commendable at this price. One flaw of this would be the staying power. It does not stay long or can withstand meals. It transfers too. Re- application is a must with these.

SHADES SHOWN (in pictures)-

  ·      54- Blush Pink: It is nude pink color which would look gorgeous on fair skinned beauties.

    ·      27- Rosy Bush: It is a classic vermilion red lipstick, which is compatible to all skin tones :)

RATING- 4.2 out of 5

Hi Guys, Welcome back to the Glistening Lane ✨
We all love our tresses! In order to sustain a healthy crown of hair, we keep on hunting for homemade DIY recipes or a shampoo that resolves the prolonged hair fall problem. Is it merely me who has been seeing a lot of hair fall since a year or two? I’ve altered my shampoo to figure out what is the actual cause for the same and it appears as if the inherent genes and my eating pattern is what causes a lot of shedding of hair. Recently, I tried the Mamaearth’s shampoo and conditioner duo which I believe was the part of their Anti-Hair Fall kit which is priced at INR 999. The kit intrigued me a lot and I’m glad I got to try out two products from that kit so that I don’t end up spending a thousand bucks. If you’re wondering how these products fared for me, stay tuned and keep on reading!
