Things Bloggers Are Tired of Hearing!

Hi Guys, Welcome back to the Glistening Lane ✨
In my everyday life, I come across several people who have certain “prejudices” towards the blogging world. Ironically, half of the people who interact with me on an everyday life are unaware about my blogging life. And if the truth be told, I choose not to disclose it to any and every other person. No, I am not ashamed! Probably there’s some fun associated with weaving an image of a mysterious personality. But again, it’s also because people tend to link every behavioral trait with blogging. Say for instance, I don’t interact much with people and that’s only because I fall under the introvert personality; who knows that the next minute they’d assume “Oh, she isn’t very friendly because she’s too proud of her internet life”. My answer to them “Madame, I’m pretty much a child of a human world; internet is definitely not my only zone”.
Within this post, I’d share with you guys some of the weird questions that I’ve heard at least once in my th…

My Cutesy Stash - Miniso Haul Unleash!

Hi Guys, Welcome back to the Glistening Lane ✨
Side Story - I intentionally changed the font of this blog post; reason as such is nothing but I decided to break-free from the monotonous font type. But unfortunately, the font decided to bug me later on so I ended up with the same comforting font.
In today's blog post, I will be sharing with you all my recent haul from the store of Miniso. For people who haven't encountered a Miniso outlet as of yet, Miniso is a well known Japanese brand which brings to you a lot of quirky and cute stuff which is reasonably priced and none of your money will go wasted, trust me! They have an amazing collection of utility products from the genre of beauty, kitchenware, stationery, electronics, accessories, etc. Moreover, the prices of these products start from INR 150 and the maximum, I believe, is around INR 1000, that too for PU bags.

Recently, I happen to discover another Miniso Delhi store which was mere 2 metro stations away from where I live.…

Review on ‘Dermavive Hydra Cleanser’ – Now Available on Amazon.in!

*PR Sample but all opinions presented are honest.
Hi Guys, Welcome back to the Glistening Lane ✨
If I remember it right, it’s been a while since I’ve reviewed a facial cleanser. Don’t worry; today’s blog post will be my take on the dermavive hydra cleanser. It is an Australian brand which has recently launched its products in India. All of their products are can now be purchased from e-portals such as Amazon and Flipkart. I've checked out their complete catalogue and another product which intrigues me is from their hair care range - Hair Enhancer Shampoo. I'm assuming its meant exclusively for people with straight and limp hair, like mine.

Anyways, dermavive face wash is an ideal pick for people who have sensitive or acne prone skin. It is endowed with the goodness of oatmeal and causes no breakouts at all! If you prefer handmade skincare products, then I guess we have another alternative for you - Skincarevilla Oats & Almond Cleanser. But since this post is concerning dermav…

Fab Bag May 2018 - ‘The Beauty Project’ - Review & Unboxing

Hi Guys, Welcome back to the Glistening Lane ✨
Are you guys excited about the unboxing of Fab Bag May 2018 Edition?
Without wasting much time, I’d first dwell upon the fact that I love it when Fab Bag shipment makes it to my door on the first day of the month! Would that make you feel special in any manner? For me personally, it always feels that my preferences are probably kept superior, that’s also why I get to choose the products that I want. Thankfully, the stuff has never gone out of stock for me, except for that one time wherein I had my eyes glued onto the Nelf USA’s HD Primer. It was slightly disheartening but the quality of their HD foundation made up for that pretty well.
So what’s cooking for this month, you may ask?

This month, the team of Fab Bag has gone all quirky with their bag and I love the neon touch endowed to them. Apparently, there are only two variants of the bag this month and the available colours are hot pink and subtle yellow. Usually, I don’t prefer cliché colo…
