Blue Nectar Shubhr Brightening & Radiance Green Apple Cream | Review + Buy Online

Hi Guys, Welcome back to the Glistening Lane ✨

Did you guys miss me? I missed you all so much! You guys must be wondering why I’m only posting twice a week now. Well, I’m currently working 9 to 6 and within the weekends, creating two blog posts itself feels like an accomplishment. It’s as if my creative side awaits the weekend, in order to create that mess which turns out to be a beautiful flatlay! It happened with me so many times that I’d go ahead shoot twice for the same product because one thing or the other failed to impress me. And even though it gets hectic, I’m no way going to stop curating what I love. So keep patience and do let me know if you have any product review suggestions. I would love to take your requests as that’s what I’m here for. Today's post is my take on the blue nectar cream.

So, you guys know how I detested creams all my life! I’m currently 23+ and shall be 24 in the coming month of October. During this winter season, I noticed that my skin behaved completel…

Spinz BB Cream Review - 2X Instant Glow - A Product by CavinKare

Hi Guys, Welcome back to the Glistening Lane ✨
Now that summers are almost around the corner, it's time to replace those heavy-duty foundations with a light-weight BB cream! Recently, Spinz came out with their Brightening & Beauty Fairness Cream. You guys know, how the term "fairness" has no implications in my dictionary. And by no means, we support any fairness claims or products. The analysis of this BB cream will mainly revolve around the expectations that we have from a beauty benefit cream.
When heat takes it toll onto the skin, I hate applying any creams or foundations. But I love how BB creams help in rectifying uneven tone and lack of hydration. Till date, I've tried almost all of the drugstore BB creams. When I saw the price point of Spinz BB Cream, I felt quite happy as it's is super-affordable! So, without more delays, let's begin with the review -

Description: Spinz BB Cream is a soft velvety textured cream which spreads smoothly on your skin t…

Cute Box March 2018 Edition - Women’s Era | Unboxing & Review

Hi Guys, Welcome back to the Glistening Lane ✨
Is anyone out here, bitten by the bug which is commonly known as the hoarding disorder? Did I just hear a ‘yes’? Well, you’re not alone in this because you’ve got my back, girl. Be it lipsticks, makeup products, skincare, cute packaging, empty bottles or containers, nail paints, stationery and what not; I love storing them all. My mind would weave a scenario wherein I’d really need these. There are times when I would assume that a particular container will be using for some DIY project. But that hardly happens. Currently, I’m thinking about making a terrarium. They are hell expensive on websites and I ain’t going to spend that much on mere plants. If I do manage to create one, I’d probably also make a blog post dedicated exclusively on that. Today we shall be unboxing an affordable jewellery subscription box which has been available in India since few months.
So as I was saying, jewellery is bae! Be it rings, bracelets or earrings; you will…

Vya Naturals Vitamin C Serum | 100% Paraben & Sulphate Free

Hi Guys, Welcome back to the Glistening Lane ✨
Around 3 years ago, I had zero idea as to what a serum really is. The purpose of a serum was least acquainted with me. Gradually, I understood that there’s more to a basic skincare than a mere CTM routine. Let’s break the ice and understand the concept of serum. A serum is a liquid which is applied to the skin in order to cater several beneficial ingredients such as anti-oxidants. A serum is generally applied after toning and before moisturizing. When we cleanse our face, we devoid the skin of its natural oils and while the step of toner is the first step towards a hydrated skin, a serum is lighter than moisturizers. This means, that with each step of skincare, we are raising the bar for moisturization.
I’ve tried few serums and facial oils, and I feel serums as lightweight as Innisfree’s The Green Tea Seed Serum are what my skin prefers. Some time back, I encountered a brand over Instagram and their products seemed quite promising. Today, …

3 Best Toners for Combination to Oily/Acne Prone Skin

Hi Guys, Welcome back to the Glistening Lane ✨

Today’s post is an in-depth discussion on toners in general, what’s been trending lately and inexpensive toners that are available in case you have a skin type that synchronizes with mine. Now, it’s as hard to classify my skin into one genre as a Myer’s personality test’s results. In short, probably those given two options won’t be enough to understanding my personality. Anyways, let’s cut short weird examples and focus on to the topic that has been raised. Naturally, to initiate further this discussion, we need to discuss what a toner is and why we need one in our lives.

WHAT IS A TONER? Male or female, we are entering a no-gender biased zone. The concept behind toners is that the facial skin, even after the process of cleansing, is left with trails of pollution, bacteria, dust or for that fact, some makeup. Moreover, the harshness of chemical components endowed within the cleanser may affect the pH level of your skin. So in order to revers…

What’s In My Fab Bag March 2018? | The Game Changer | Unboxing & Mini Review

Hi Guys, Welcome back to the Glistening Lane ✨
February passed away so quickly. On the first day of March, I came back home from work to a parcel which was sitting proudly on to the computer table, waiting for me to unbox it ASAP! This, I believe is the fourth month wherein I’ve consistently received the Fab Bag courier on day 1 of the month. To be honest, I’m quite happy about it. It feels as if someone is putting their time and effort to pamper me from the work schedule 😊. Sitting 9 to 6 in front of laptop screens, scribbling content can be quite challenging, particularly for a person like me who has been working from home.
Any sort of surprises, helps me in breaking the monotony of the everyday schedule. Being an INTJ personality type, I fail to find comfort amidst a repetitive routine. Anyways, so when I opened my parcel, I noticed two products were kept outside. The pouch or bag of the month was something that I’d go and shell my money onto if it would be lying into the Forever21 …
