Diwali Makeup Tips & Tricks!

Image
Hello Readers (:
I love this time of the year! City wrapped up in lights and sky full of fireworks <3 It’s like so many festivals are lined up together and generates excitement with the arrival of each. You meet people whom you have not seen in ages! Besides, who doesn’t like munching salted dry fruits? :D Keeping that little talk aside, let’s jump onto makeup tips & tricks essential for Diwali!
·Let your base be stronger: Every grand monument stands straight with a good devotion of time upon the base. Same goes for a festive makeup look. On usual days I love it when slight imperfection peeps through the makeup. High coverage is what I avoid. But celebrations do call upon perfection! If concealers aren’t your thing, just dab a little foundation over marks or acne and smooth it out with a finger. Brush or sponge would move away the product hence finger suggested. Don’t reach out for an extra pale foundation. Some pictures might be clicked with flash on and you don’t wanna rock …

People at Diwali: Usual v/s Makeup Lovers!

Image
Greetings Readers!
I really don’t wanna go all cliché while wishing my readers on this festive occasion, so I shall keep it pretty simple. Wish you all a grand Diwali!  (: Today’s post is meant to evoke humour and it is entirely based upon my weird ideas. It is not intended to cause any offense to anyone. With all that disclaimers added, let’s begin! :D
Festive Cleaning
Before the arrival of Diwali, every household is busy making things appear pinteresty! It may range from slight changes like using a new bed sheet, curtains and ornaments being set up, to getting the walls painted! We, the makeup lovers, on occasion of Diwali, wash all our brushes and de-clutter our vanity & ultimately end up finding those makeup items which we’ve bought with all our heart, then long forgotten of it! :’D In short, we re-discover new makeup. *Wink*

Fuschia Green Tea Face & Body Scrub: Review, Price & Where to buy!

Image
Hello people,
I recently did a guest post on Skincarevilla relating to Affordable Facial Scrubs for Oily Skin, about which you can read here. I have an acne prone skin and scrubs are something which I have avoided all my life, until sometime ago. In the list of some of my favourite facial exfoliators, Fuschia Green Tea Face & Body Scrub paved it’s way not only due to its 100% natural ingredients but also due to the fact that it retains exfoliant granules which do not affect my pimples.
With the transition of the season, my combination skin asks for hydration and hence it seems like an appropriate time when I shall share with you my experience with this scrub. Let’s begin, shall we?
Ingredients: Aloe Vera, Olive Oil, Wheat Germ Oil, Green Tea.

Price: Though the original price is INR 450 but you can always find it at discount upto 50 bucks.
Where to buy: Buy yours from here.

Blue Nectar Shubhr Radiance Honey Face Cleanser: Price, Review & Where to buy!

Hello readers!
This week was quite hectic as the college deadlines were piling on. Bear with me just for a few more days and I'd be back with frequent uploads. Since there was a gap in my internal date-sheet, I decided to do what pleases me the most! Yes, you got it right, I scribble & that’s the only means I know of socializing :'D *Introvert problems*

I was gone for some college camp and, it was so damn hard living there within tents and frogs emerging from every possible creaks! But we, still made it fun; scarring half the people with torches, white sheet and shitty grudge ghost's voices! *LOL* Anyways, once I was back, everything looked so clean and better. On being home, I saw a parcel waiting for me from Blue Nectar. It’s now been given adequate trial and its time that I shall review Blue Nectar’s Shubhr Radiance Honey Face Cleanser for you guys.
Description: Radiance, Prevent Acne, Reduce wrinkles, Anti ageing are few benefits of Radiance Honey Face cleanser. 8 Vi…

Maggi Hot Heads: Green Chilli, Peri Peri & Barbeque Pepper: Review & Price.

Image
Hello people,
YouTube videos recently went viral about a Spicy Korean Noodle which burnt away the mouths of every possible being! And then, Maggi launched it’s ‘Hot Heads’ variant. Instantly, I had comparisons in my mind. Though I’ve not really tried the Spicy Korean Noodles but I believed it’s a war declared by Maggi in the race of offering the spiciest noodles. All black background and dazzling flames of fire comprised the commercial. Since ages I’ve been a Maggi fan and the new advertisement was like a soldiers’ call to the war in the crises! I looked out for these in 3-4 shops. The Chicken variant was available in 50% of the shops but I have no clue why they detested the vegetarian version. When, I finally landed onto a shop with these vegetarian ones, I bought these three instead of trying just one!
So let’s see how the new Maggi Hot Heads Fared!

Green Chilli: The packaging claims it to be the spiciest. I had my expectations high! Though I usually add in extra salt and spice to my …
